Mind Body Movements is run by me, Amber Cave, and offers Yoga, and Meditation to both individuals and groups.
I believe that a calm, connected mind and body are vital to healthy wellbeing. This can be cultivated through Movement Psychotherapy and Yoga practices.
Based in Tring, Hertfordshire services are offered to both children and adults. My teachings provide children with valuable coping skills and preparing them to be strong and confident human beings. For adults, a therapeutic, person centered and patient approach is used to give those who never believed they could, the chance to feel the benefits of therapy, yoga and meditation.
I am also a practicing Movement Psychotherapist and my practice pulls from Developmental, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centered theories, which allow for a dynamic and individual approach to each client.
